Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of winscoutai.com (“WinScout AI“, “the site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Last updated: November 6, 2026.

1. What the site provides

WinScout AI publishes free product research for online sellers: product ideas, estimated sales, supplier information, cost and profit estimates, country guides, platform rule checklists and articles. All content is general information to help you do your own research. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or professional business advice, and it does not create any client or advisory relationship.

2. Who may use the site

The site is intended for adults (18 or over, or the age of majority where you live) who run or plan to run an online business. You must use the site in line with the laws that apply to you.

3. Estimates, not guarantees

Sales figures, winning scores, trend, competition and saturation ratings, costs, delivery times and profit numbers are estimates based on our research at the time of publishing. Prices, stock, fees, exchange rates, taxes and platform rules change often. We do not guarantee that any product will sell, that you will make a profit, or that any information is complete, accurate or current. Always confirm details with the supplier and the platform, order a sample, and test with a small budget before you scale. See our Disclaimer and method for how our numbers are made.

4. Your responsibilities as a seller

  • You are responsible for the products you choose to sell, your listings, prices, advertising, customer service, deliveries and refunds.
  • You must follow the laws of every country you sell in and the rules of every platform you use, including product safety, labelling, consumer protection, advertising, import, tax and VAT rules.
  • Do not sell counterfeit, unsafe, restricted or trademark-infringing products. A product appearing on our site does not mean it is free of intellectual property rights, legal in your country or allowed on your platform.
  • Do not make health, medical or earnings claims about products that you cannot prove.

5. Suppliers, marketplaces and other websites

We link to suppliers, marketplaces and other websites that we do not control. Any order, payment, delivery, refund or agreement you make with them is between you and them, under their terms. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for their products, service or policies. See our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may read, share links to and quote short parts of our content for your own research. You may not:

  • copy the site’s content, data or images in bulk, or republish them as your own;
  • scrape, crawl or download the site with automated tools, except search engines that follow our robots.txt;
  • try to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the site;
  • click ads in a way that is not genuine interest, or encourage others to do so;
  • use the site or our contact form to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful, abusive or misleading;
  • pretend to be WinScout AI or suggest that we endorse you without our written permission.

Short quotes with a clear link back to the original page are welcome.

7. Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, scores, charts, logo and graphics belong to WinScout AI unless stated otherwise and are protected by copyright and other laws. Product names, brand names, trademarks and product images belong to their owners and appear only to identify products for research. Their use does not mean the owners endorse us or we endorse them.

8. Copyright and content complaints

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, or is wrong about your product or company, contact us through our contact page. Please include the page address, the content concerned, proof that you own the rights and how to reach you. We review every complaint and remove or correct content where it is justified, usually within 7 working days.

9. Advertising and affiliate links

The site is free because it shows ads from Google AdSense and, in some articles, may include affiliate links. Ads are chosen and served by third parties; we do not endorse the products or services they promote. 10. Availability and changes to the site

We may add, change or remove content and features, or suspend the site for maintenance, at any time and without notice. We try to keep the site available and accurate but cannot promise that it will always be online or free of errors.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WinScout AI and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, stock, advertising spend, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

13. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using the site or selling products you found on it, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs that WinScout AI suffers as a result, to the extent the law allows.

14. Disputes

If you have a problem with the site, please contact us first through our contact page; most issues can be solved quickly by message. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled under the law that applies to it, and nothing in these terms takes away mandatory consumer rights in your country.

15. General

  • If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce a term straight away, we may still enforce it later.
  • These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
