Refund Policy

WinScout AI is free to use. We do not sell products, take orders or collect payments on this website, so there is nothing to refund here. This page explains where to go if you bought something after visiting us. Last updated: November 6, 2026.

What is free

All product research, scores, guides, country pages and calculators on winscoutai.com are free. You do not need an account, a subscription or a card to use them, and we never ask for payment details.

Purchases from suppliers and marketplaces

Our product pages link to suppliers and marketplaces so you can compare prices and delivery times. If you buy from any of them, the sale is between you and that seller, and their own refund, return and cancellation policy applies. Please read it before you pay.

  • Suppliers: every supplier we list is a separate business with its own terms. Orders, returns and refunds are handled under the policy on that supplier’s own website and through its own support.
  • Marketplaces and apps (for example Shopify apps, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Daraz or noon): contact that company directly. We cannot see, change or refund their orders.

Purchases through ads or affiliate links

Ads on this site are served by Google and its partners, and some articles may contain affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, you are buying from the advertiser or merchant, not from us. Refunds are handled by that company under its policy. If a product or service from an ad seems misleading, you can report the ad using the “AdChoices” or “Why this ad” icon on it, and you are welcome to tell us as well.

Customers of your own store

If you sell products you found on WinScout AI, you are responsible for your own customers’ returns and refunds. Many countries set minimum rights — for example, buyers in the UK and the EU generally have 14 days to cancel most online orders, and buyers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia are protected by consumer protection laws. Publish a clear refund policy on your own store and check the rules for every country you sell to.

If we ever offer paid features

If we introduce any paid service in the future, we will publish its price, billing and refund terms clearly before you pay, and update this page on the same day.

Scam warning

WinScout AI will never ask you to pay for “premium products”, “guaranteed winners” or “refund processing” by WhatsApp, email, bank transfer or social media. If someone using our name asks you for money, do not pay and please report it through our contact page.
