How We Find Winning Products
A product is only published on WinScout AI after a person has checked demand, competition, cost, suppliers and rules. Here is exactly what we look at and how the numbers on each product page are made.
1. We look for demand that is growing
We start from products that are being advertised actively right now: new and long-running ads on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, short videos with strong engagement, and stores that keep the product on their best-seller lists. A single viral video is not enough — we want to see several sellers spending on it over more than a week.
2. We check how crowded it is
Next we estimate competition and saturation: how many stores and marketplace listings already sell it, how similar their ads look, and whether prices are already being cut. A product with rising demand and few sellers scores higher than one that every store is already running.
3. We find suppliers for each country
For every product we look for suppliers that ship to the countries we cover, and record their product cost, shipping cost, delivery time and rating. Suppliers are ranked per country by landed cost (50%), delivery speed (30%) and rating (20%). Where a local warehouse supplier exists — common for cash-on-delivery markets such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan — we list it.
4. We work out the real profit
Each page shows the landed cost (product plus shipping), the suggested selling price, platform fees and the profit per order. The calculator on the page lets you add your own advertising cost per order, because that is usually the largest cost and it depends on you.
5. We check the rules
We run a checklist for Shopify, Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop: restricted categories, brand and intellectual property risk, batteries and other dangerous goods, required safety documents, prohibited claims and shipping standards. Products that clearly break a platform’s rules are not published.
How the winning score works
The score out of 100 adds up five parts:
| Part | Points | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| Profit margin | 25 | Profit per order as a share of the selling price |
| Demand trend | 25 | How fast interest and ad activity are growing |
| Competition | 20 | Low, medium or high number of sellers |
| Low saturation | 15 | How much room is left for a new seller |
| Sales momentum | 15 | Growth of estimated orders over the period |
About the sales graphs
The 30-day sales graphs show estimated daily orders, built from the signals above and from sellers who share their numbers with us. They are not official platform data. Use them to compare products and spot momentum, not as a promise of how many orders you will get.
Updates and corrections
Prices, stock and rules change. Each product shows when it was last updated, and we revise pages when suppliers change. If you see something wrong, please tell us — we correct errors quickly.
Independence
Suppliers cannot pay to be ranked as the best supplier. The site is funded by advertising, and advertisers have no say over which products we publish.
We collect data from many suppliers for each product and compare their prices, delivery times and terms, so you can choose the one that fits your country before you decide.
